I had my second interview today. It was a general interview. Be ready to know the order of blood draw from blood cultures to Lavender and also ask the employer any questions you may have.
The interview process was long. I was told I'd interview with three managers, but one wasn't there, and another had to leave the room. So, it felt a bit more tense overall.
The interview process was really clear. They asked direct questions that helped me get a feel for things. It followed the usual path: first a phone screen, then in-person meetings with the whole team. I had the chance to ask my own questions and really understand what the job would involve.
