Applied online and got an email a few weeks later to set up a phone screening and interview. I was one of the first applicants because the job was posted very recently when I applied on their site. I scheduled the earliest available time as soon as I got the email. When the day came, there was no call. I emailed them after twice the scheduled time had passed. Later that day, they replied saying the manager had already chosen a finalist and was no longer interviewing. They could have at least told me or canceled the scheduled call, but instead, it was bad communication and a waste of my time. Very unprofessional overall.

The HR people were nice enough, but they weren't super organized. They didn't call me for my 1:1 phone interview when it was supposed to happen. HR messed up my interview schedule, so I ended up waiting an hour for the interviewer. Also, HR didn't follow up with me when they said they would.

I talked to the office manager and some clinical staff. Then I had to come back another day to interview with a provider. HR called me and I got an offer. The whole thing took seven days.
