Anglian Water Interview Questions

They didn't do a telephone interview, but instead asked me to submit a code sample before the actual interview (no specific project or questions for this). During the interview, I had to discuss technical questions and also answer the typical behavioral and career-related questions. It was a bit disappointing that I didn't get any feedback after the interview, even when I asked for it, especially considering the effort it took to attend in person.

After my application was accepted, the process kicked off with a maths and mechanical test. Once I passed those, I was invited for an interview and a tour of the workshop. Then, I was asked to come to an assessment centre with about 9 other candidates. The assessment centre was pretty well organised and felt relaxed. The day involved 2 group activities, 1 test, and 1 individual task. I heard back the day after the assessment.

I had a 1:1 interview with the manager and a senior person. They asked me a bunch of scenario questions and asked me to talk about myself and my experience. They also talked a bit about the team and the job requirements.
