We had two interviews, the first one was with my direct manager, and the second one was with a group of people. I also had to do a phone call with someone important for the job.
Really liked how organised the process was. It was great to get some questions beforehand, I think it lets candidates do their best when they have time to prep. Some of the questions I didn't get to 'prepare' for were kinda long-winded.
Interviewed over Teams, though some questions were unclear and weren't elaborated on, making it hard to give the best answers. It felt like they might have already had a candidate in mind and weren't really focused on me. Got an email about not being successful within a week, sent late Friday night!
