I spoke with recruiters a few times at school career fairs and then got an interview. It was all behavioral questions, though one interviewer seemed a bit arrogant. I haven't heard back yet, but it's only been a short while.
It was a straightforward interview. They asked about my reasons for leaving my current company and my motivation for joining Anadarko. The interviewers were professional and seemed genuinely interested in my potential contributions. This is a company where you can't just BS your way through the interview.
Started with two phone calls that were pretty casual. Then they invited me for a full day of interviews. The people I met were really polite, respectful, and smart. I interviewed with a panel and also in groups of two or three. Everyone there seemed really energetic and happy with their jobs, like they were really proud to work there. Overall, it was a great experience.
