The work culture is work-hard, play-hard, and it seems really fulfilling. The people working there seem to genuinely enjoy it.
I applied and got an interview through my university's career center. The interview was pretty straightforward, mostly just talking about my resume. There were no technical questions. The next day, I was invited to a dinner with the team. Although I didn't make it to the final interview, the whole process from the first interview to an offer would have been under a week.
The interview was mostly behavioral with some technical questions. I had an on-campus interview with 2-3 people. One person would take notes while the other asked questions, and they would switch. It wasn't too hard, mostly about different situations and what you would do, plus a few random technical questions to see how you react and your basic math skills.
