Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online through my school's career site and heard back about two weeks after applications closed. First, a greeter chatted with me about the job and the company, and answered my initial questions. Then, I met with two employees, one of whom had been in the rotational program before. This was the most chill and friendly interview I've had! They were super enthusiastic about the company, funny, and mainly just wanted to learn about me. They asked mostly behavioral questions, with one or two about my past internships. They were really laid-back and made it easy to open up. They also gave a lot of detailed info about the company and the program.

I applied on school handshake and they set up an interview. There were 3 people interviewing me, one was taking notes and the others were asking questions. Most of the questions were behavioral. They were nice. The interview was 30 minutes. I don't know the outcome yet but I'm submitting this anyway because Glassdoor doesn't have an option for that, so I just clicked yes and accepted.

I applied through my university recruiting and got an interview. Before the actual interview, we went to a pre-interview dinner at a fancy restaurant. It was a good chance to meet the interviewers before your interview.
