the interview process was bad. recruiter calls you and asks all their questions. then multiple assessment calls with different recruiters for other accounts. no internal information exchange and finally no feedback at all.
It was a nice and comfortable experience where I could freely be myself. The interviewer was friendly and professional. I was informed about the job and the company, including its culture and values.
I was contacted by an internal recruiter for a quick call. The recruiter seemed really rushed and uninterested in what I had to say. After following up several times, I eventually got scheduled for an interview. I went through two rounds of interviews and then heard nothing back. The whole process felt super unorganized, and I'm no longer interested in working there.
