I applied for an Administrative role at Lloyds through AMS, who were my point of contact. First, I did the situational assessment and some maths questions, which led to a video interview. After passing that, Lloyds was supposed to schedule a Teams meeting with me. I had the date and time, but they never called. When I checked with AMS, they explained that they'd misspelled my email address when sending it to Lloyds, so the invite went to the wrong person. Unfortunately, AMS also said Lloyds wouldn't reschedule, even though it was their mistake, because they believed I'd intentionally missed the interview.
The process was good overall. Gathering all the documents can be time-consuming, but everyone was very helpful. You need to collect a lot of paperwork and make copies. Traveling to London just to submit documents can take a lot of time, when it would be better to be able to upload them to an online portal.
I found the role on the company's careers page and applied through their applicant tracking system. Then, I got a call for a screening, and after that, they invited me in for an in-person interview.
