The interview process felt good. I had two interviews where we got to know each other and they explained the job. The people seemed nice and it wasn't a high-pressure situation. I didn't feel any stress.
We did a bunch of in person interviews covering your background, experience, and what you wanna do later on. Basically, they wanted to see if you'd be a good fit and could grow with the company.
The interview process had 2 rounds. First, a general aptitude test focusing on logical reasoning and math, with only 20 minutes. Second, a work behavior test involving various case studies, followed by an interview with senior management.
