Candidate-reported interview process

It was primarily behavioral. Three rounds total. I kicked things off with an HR screening, then moved on to a behavioral interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had a half-day of interviews, a bit more technical, where I met with several managers from the department.

So it was four interview rounds in total with a mix of technical and behavioral questions, and then there was an excel assessment at the end. The whole thing took about six to eight weeks from when I applied to when I got the offer.

The whole thing took a few weeks. First, there were two phone screens. Then, I went in for an in-person super day with 3 people from the team. They gave me the offer a couple of weeks after the super day.
