Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process felt good. I had two interviews where we got to know each other and they explained the job. The people seemed nice and it wasn't a high-pressure situation. I didn't feel any stress.

The interview process had 2 rounds. First, a general aptitude test focusing on logical reasoning and math, with only 20 minutes. Second, a work behavior test involving various case studies, followed by an interview with senior management.

It was a laid back and casual interview, very comfortable and personal. I'm hoping to get a callback for a second interview. They gave me a lot of details about the position and I got to ask some questions.
