Candidate-reported interview process

I had 3 interviews scheduled. The first was with the recruiter, the second with the regional VP, and the third with the HR Director. Each interview was at most an hour long and they asked very specific and organized questions.

We had a group interview with over 20 candidates where we all sat in a room. Then, we had to stand up in front of the group and a panel of employees. We had to introduce ourselves, talk about ourselves, and then answer questions from the panel.

I met with the manager, she was very nice. Quick and short, straight to the point. She made me wait about 10 minutes before she came over and asked me questions.
