I got a call within a week and the interview started two days later. Then I started training for my role on the team. The training lasted a week and then I was working independently.
We started with a quick intro to the team. Then we did some group tasks, including a fun 'three truths and a lie' that made me think on my feet. We also did more group work like planning a pretend holiday together. After the interview, I had to do a trial shift, which then led to a job offer.
My friend and I went to their job fair. There were a lot of people there, including those who wanted the same job as me. We had to introduce ourselves to the managers and memorize the menu. I then had an interview the same day with the manager Tim. I did very well memorizing the menu and in my interview. However, I am under aged and they serve alcohol, so sadly I couldn't work there.
