I had a video screening with 5 questions, which were basic behavioral ones. Then there was a teams call about general info and my interest in the position. Finally, I had a more technical interview with a team member.
The interview process moved really fast. I had 4 interviews in total and made it to the final round. One of the interviews was scheduled just two days before Christmas. I didn't hear back after the last interview, so I followed up about 3-4 weeks later and they told me I didn't get the job. It was disappointing because the interview process was quite long, and there was a noticeable lack of communication from the hiring team throughout, even though I ultimately didn't get the position.
The interview process was smooth and well-coordinated, though it took a very long time to schedule the interviews. The initial stage was quite fast, followed by three additional rounds involving technical questions from a Director, Sr. Director, and the SVP. Overall, the process was quite smooth but very time-consuming.
