The interview process was very personable and comfortable. Both the corporate and site-specific parts of the interview felt laid back. I had a wonderful experience. Most of the communication was done fluently through email, and I was able to set my own appointment times.

I had a call from the facility to set up an in person interview after I completed two phases of online interviews with preset videos made by upper management/corporate. The managers walked me through the warehouse and toured the facility. Then they sat me down and asked me relevant job questions. A few days later they called with a semi-competitive job offer.

I met with a few people, and it was a good chance to learn about the company and their operations. They also gave me a tour of the whole place, explaining what each department is trying to do. It was pretty chill overall.
