Americold Logistics Warehouse / Fulfillment Associate interviews, decoded.

I first spoke with a recruiter, then I had an interview with the operations manager. It was a really relaxed and easy interview. After talking with them, they let me know if they were hiring me. I got to see the facility on a short tour and they told me a good amount about the job.

The interview process was good, quick, and easy. There wasn't much stress. The questions were answered very well. Jerry is a pretty chill and goofy guy, so there isn't much else you'll have to worry about during the interview.

You go in, wait in the waiting room, and ring the doorbell. Someone will come get you. They'll ask about 30 questions, and then they'll give you an offer, unless you've worked there before, then they have to ask management first.
