Candidate-reported interview process

The interview experience wasn't very good. The interviewers could have explained the company procedures better. I had an interview in Brasília and later regretted it. They sent me to another store, which was very bad due to their lack of explanation.

It was fast, I went through a process that lasted 1 week until hiring. Interview in store with the manager, referred to HR, admission exam and finally I returned to the store to start work.

I had an interview with recruiter Juliana, and it was truly the most humanized one I've ever experienced. She started by introducing herself, which made me feel more connected and created a relaxed atmosphere. Only after that did she ask me to talk about myself. The conversation flowed so naturally that the nearly 50 minutes flew by without me even noticing. It was a really positive experience, full of empathy and attentiveness. The only downside is that, unfortunately, I never heard back after the interview.
