americanas s.a. Ux Designer interviews, decoded.

The interview for the UX/UI Designer position at Americanas S.A. was straightforward and welcoming. It consisted of detailed questions about my expertise, design methodologies, and practices. The selection process was completed in a single round, after which I was hired.

The interview was humanized and dynamic. The interviewer made me feel comfortable the whole time. It was a good experience, and other companies should follow this example. The conversation was about my personal profile, my preferences, my professional background, why I chose this profession, and much more.

The interview process was very informative, but there were few benefits offered beyond the basics for a standard employment contract (CLT). While the interview itself was very clear, there were strict changes during the trial period without any guidance.
