It was a standard process where I was asked technical questions relevant to the front-end developer role. They inquired about my experience with React, JavaScript, Node, general front-end development, debugging, TDD, and overall concepts related to being a front-end developer.

Technical interview with 3 people, all asking about career, challenges, and technologies you've used. I felt I did well, but I don't think it was enough because there was no follow-up, even after messaging on LinkedIn they just ignore me. If any HR from Americanas is reading this, here's a tip: when you open a selection process, remember that it demands the candidate's time and greatly affects their emotional state (anxiety). Try to at least provide feedback!

The process involved 3 stages. First, there was a technical test on a platform. The second stage was with HR for a culture alignment, where you talk about yourself, your professional background, and expectation alignment. The third stage was with the technical manager, with more questions about your professional journey and technical programming questions.
