It was a 3 step interview process. First, a phone call with HR. Then, a virtual meeting with one of the managers. Finally, an in-person meeting with that manager and someone higher up. It was a pretty relaxed interview with lots of sales-related questions, like what motivates you.
Just be yourself and know what you're worth and about the products. You gotta be able to think outside the box and show you're a fast learner. It's important to be independent but also not scared to ask for help if you need it to get things done.
The communication was not great during the interview process, and it took a really long time. I wasn't sure how many interviews there were going to be or if they were still considering me.
