I met a recruiter at a career fair who was very nice and helpful. Then I interviewed with the talent acquisition manager and a former program member. Finally, I had a final interview with a senior engineer. Everyone was really nice, especially HR and the manager; we even talked about basketball. It felt more like a conversation.
Technical managers asked behavioral questions, taking turns. They focused on my resume, asking for details. It was a comfortable experience, and I got a tour before the interviews.
I met the recruiter at a college career fair and they set up the interview right then and there. The interview was basically me going through my resume for the first half and the second half was me asking about the company and any questions I had.
