I got a call from a recruiter who found my old resume on Monster.com. The in-person interview was structured and not too intense, but it felt like the culture changed after I was hired.
I met with the lead process engineer, lead research engineer, a senior product engineer, and the lead product engineer. I felt a good connection with the first two people I met. The senior engineer then asked me some tough questions, but it wasn't too bad. After that, I had a great conversation with the lead product engineer, and they showed me around the entire plant.
Had two phone interviews and then one onsite interview. During the second interview, they asked about salary expectations and we differed a little so we mutually decided not to continue the process.
