Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was quite long and detailed. First, I spoke with HR. Then, I met with several managers from different departments to see who was interested in hiring me. This management interview phase lasted about 2 to 4 hours, and they asked a lot of questions, around 50-60.

Started with a phone call with MLGA & AGA, then I was fast-tracked to a Regional Director. After that, a background check and a basic personality assessment were done. The whole process lasted about three weeks. I was enrolled in the AAA advance program, which involved working with the in-house compensation analyst, but there was no relocation advance provided.

The interview was really thorough and gave a clear picture of the career. They talked a lot about what they sell, their preferred sales methods, and how compensation works. They also explained the candidate selection process and what to expect in each part.
