Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online and got an email pretty fast to schedule an interview. The first part was testing right away. There was a timed typing test and a 30-minute test on Microsoft Word. Depending on how you did, you might have an interview right after. The first interview was with an HR person and had about 2 pages of questions. If they liked you, they'd set up a second interview. The second one could have up to four people in the room, depending on the job. They ask a lot of detailed questions, so be ready!

My interview was great. I was asked a series of questions where I was able to reflect on my skills and abilities. My interviewers were extremely knowledgeable and thorough. They were also very attentive.

The interview was pretty straightforward. They showed me around the office and introduced me to the people I'd be interviewing with. They explained their roles and what they do. The questions they asked were relaxed and easy to answer.
