Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was one of the best I've encountered. The recruiter, Chelsey, explained it very clearly, and the interviews were conducted in a way that felt both professional and comfortable. The questions were challenging and made me think, which I found enjoyable. The panel interview with the Accounting team was a bit more intense, but I guess it was needed to fit everyone's schedule efficiently.

Started with HR screening, then a first round with the hiring manager and peers. If successful, a second round interview with more execs followed. All interviews were on Microsoft Teams.

The whole process took about 5-6 weeks from when I first talked to the recruiter. It was pretty standard, with each of the two interviews lasting around 45 minutes. The second one had some deep technical questions. The recruiter was really good at keeping me updated. Just a heads up, it can be a longer hiring process.
