Candidate-reported interview process

there are three rounds of interviews! first a 15 minute informal phone call with the hiring manager and then a more formal interview with the same manager and lastly an interview with the district manager

It was pretty straightforward. The initial call was with the hiring manager, giving a little bit of background about yourself. If they proceed forward with another interview, it will be scheduled for 24-48 hours after that same call. You have to make a presentation for the next call for the next person you talk to about three small businesses that can benefit from their services from any state. You have to present it on that next call. First call is just over the phone while the second one is over zoom.

So the first part was just a phone call interview. Then the second one was a zoom call where I had to do a presentation for the recruiter. The third interview was also a zoom call, this time with the manager for the territory I would be covering.
