Candidate-reported interview process

I did a phone screening about my past experience. Then I had an interview which included a presentation about myself and the optima program. They wanted to know more about me, not so much about my previous jobs.

Applied online, then got a text and scheduled a phone screening. After that, there was a zoom interview. Finally, I went in person for about two hours to shadow the job, followed by a third interview. The whole process was efficient and quick, and communication was great.

I was contacted by a recruiter and then you have an initial call, then an interview on zoom, then you go in for a observation day. Cool experience!
