Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was straightforward and informative. I liked how knowledgeable the interviewers were about the company and they answered all my questions. I didn't get an offer, but I wish the company the best!

There were 2 long interview days. The role involves cold calling small businesses, which is a sales job, not account management. They make it sound easy, but it’s actually sales.

A recruiter contacted me about a digital marketing position. I applied through LinkedIn and had a phone interview. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview at their office. I observed a lack of diversity at the Schaumburg location; all employees were white and predominantly female, which seemed odd given the area's diverse population. I got a negative impression, feeling there might be a preference for white individuals. The base salary offered is 25k, which is comparable to minimum wage for full-time work. Despite being a digital marketing role, the job involves marketing through phone calls, making it seem more like a Sales Representative position.
