Candidate-reported interview process

I had an initial chat with the recruiter. She was really helpful and explained the role and what they were looking for clearly. She also gave me info on benefits like medical, dental, and 401b matching. The job involves travel and it seems like a small team.

I talked to HR on the phone first, and then I had a zoom call with the hiring manager. The whole process was pretty simple and the communication with HR about what's next was good.

I talked to HR for a screening call. The job wasn't a fit for me, but they were nice and sent a positive rejection. I appreciated their effort to make candidates feel valued, which is rare nowadays.
