Applied online and sent my resume. Someone contacted me to set up a phone screen, which was about 30 minutes. Then I had another interview and they gave me an offer.
Started with a phone interview and then I went in person. It was pretty easy, they just asked about my past experience and why I was interested in the role. The whole thing took about 3 weeks, and they gave me the offer right away.
First, I filled out a questionnaire online through the Association website. Then, I was contacted via email for a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was asked to come in the office for a face to face interview. The interview lasted 30 minutes and was very conversational. I received an email a week later about a formal offer letter coming my way.
