American Credit Acceptance Interview Questions

I was contacted on LinkedIn. First, I had a phone interview with a recruiter, then I completed a 30-minute numeric reasoning test. I was told my assessment results were great and that I'd be contacted. After more than a week, I reached out again on LinkedIn and was informed I wasn't selected for the role.

It was easy, the interviewers were very nice and punctual. I got a call saying they were interested in interviewing me, and we set up a time on that call. After that, I got emails with the date and time, and who would be interviewing me. The questions were all general, no technical ones. They really cared about how my goals would match the company's goals. Doing a lot of research on the company is super important to do well in the interview.

I was invited for a business case interview and got rejected after the first round. The case seemed straightforward and simple, but I think my presentation of suggestions wasn't strong enough.
