It was easy, the interviewers were very nice and punctual. I got a call saying they were interested in interviewing me, and we set up a time on that call. After that, I got emails with the date and time, and who would be interviewing me. The questions were all general, no technical ones. They really cared about how my goals would match the company's goals. Doing a lot of research on the company is super important to do well in the interview.
I wrote an online assessment that was just a numerical test. After passing that, I had a screening call which I think went well. But then I didn't hear back for an interview.
There was one behavioral interview to assess cultural fit and suitability. This seems to be for new grads. For experienced people, there are several rounds covering both behavioral and technical aspects.
