First, there was an initial assessment. Then, an online interview with HR where I was given a real-time scenario to solve. It was easy and went well. The next round was a scenario-based round, but a little tougher.
You'll start with a quant assessment, and if you pass that, they'll reach out to set up an interview. The interview itself is more of a chat where they'll ask general analytical questions. If you get through that, you'll do it again with the head of the team or other teams.
Good interview, nice people, virtual remote interview, they asked questions, we spent time talking and getting to know each other. Overall it was a good experience and I wouldn't mind going through a process similar again.
