Candidate-reported interview process

It was great, better than I expected given how much thought went into the process and the current climate where you have to be careful about what you say. They really approached things the right way.

I interviewed with the manager for about an hour. They asked standard interview questions and a few scenario based questions, focusing on work style and past experiences.

Two Zoom interviews were conducted because most of the staff is currently traveling the world. The interviews were straightforward. A portion of the second interview was conducted in Russian, indicating that if a second language is listed on your profile, you might be tested on it.
