Two Zoom interviews were conducted because most of the staff is currently traveling the world. The interviews were straightforward. A portion of the second interview was conducted in Russian, indicating that if a second language is listed on your profile, you might be tested on it.
It was a really quick and nice interview process. I had two interviews back-to-back. Nothing too crazy. They did a quick foreign language test during the second one. The interviews mostly covered some basic 'get to know you' type questions and questions about past work experiences.
They offered me $39k, so I'm planning to negotiate salary. The interview process had two friendly and engaging rounds. The program itself is the most appealing part for travel.
