Sent CV and three references. Got a call to set up the interview. Went to the interview and did a few easy tasks, including email writing and grant audit. Easy.
I applied online and then had a phone screen, followed by an in-person interview. The in-person interview was pretty basic and not too hard. After a week of not hearing back, I emailed them and they said they were checking references. Then, I never heard from them again.
This was by far the most unprofessional interview I've ever experienced. The interviewer was about 10 minutes late, yet spent the whole time reminding me about sticking to a strict schedule and kept checking the clock. Two interviewers argued with each other during the interview, which not only ate into our time but showed a lack of professionalism. I'm concerned about the work ethic of their employees. The questions themselves were easy, but the interviewer kept interrupting me before I could finish my answers. I feel bad for whoever they hire to work with them.
