Candidate-reported interview process

You apply online and take a test that assesses your personality and general skills like math, grammar, and spelling. If you pass, you'll have a phone interview with a market talent board member. Succeeding that leads to your first 1:1 interview with another talent board member. If that goes well, you meet with the final talent board member, who is also a GM of another theater. After that, negotiations and onboarding begin.

it was just "tell me about a time when you" questions. nothing else.

It was a one on one interview, mostly asking why I wanted to work there and what skills I could bring to the table and my weakest point. The interviewer was nice, but I wasn't optimistic about it, so I wasn't surprised when I didn't get a call back.
