You apply online and take a test that assesses your personality and general skills like math, grammar, and spelling. If you pass, you'll have a phone interview with a market talent board member. Succeeding that leads to your first 1:1 interview with another talent board member. If that goes well, you meet with the final talent board member, who is also a GM of another theater. After that, negotiations and onboarding begin.
