Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was good, pretty average for a supervisor role, and it was a panel interview. I had to interview at a different theater than my home one originally.

You'll meet with a few interviewers, and it'll be at a different place than your current theater, and you'll report to a different manager. They'll ask you questions about being a crew leader, but they'll want you to be more proactive, which is why you're applying for supervisor.

This involved a one-on-one chat with a manager. We talked about the job roles and responsibilities, what skills I could bring, and the company's needs. We also covered my qualifications.
