Candidate-reported interview process

You apply online and take a test that assesses your personality and general skills like math, grammar, and spelling. If you pass, you'll have a phone interview with a market talent board member. Succeeding that leads to your first 1:1 interview with another talent board member. If that goes well, you meet with the final talent board member, who is also a GM of another theater. After that, negotiations and onboarding begin.

The interview process was a one on one interview.

The whole process took a long time and I didn't hear back for months. I'm not sure if they had internal issues, but I wish I had gotten more updates on my application status.
