Candidate-reported interview process

It was a typical case interview, but it was focused on TMT topics. I thought I did well and gave good answers, but I didn't get to the second round. It's tough to know what they were looking for. I don't recall much of a behavioral part; the interview was mainly about the case. The interviewers weren't particularly impressive, so it was okay that I didn't advance.

I had my first interview in person at my college career center. It was with two people from the company. Each interview had a behavioral and a case study portion and lasted about 45 minutes. It was very quantitative with a lot of math.

I only had one interview day where they did casing and behavioral questions. It was really focused on fit at Altman rather than just the cases. After a few weeks, I got a surprise offer call. Everyone was really nice and laid-back.
