I only had one interview day where they did casing and behavioral questions. It was really focused on fit at Altman rather than just the cases. After a few weeks, I got a surprise offer call. Everyone was really nice and laid-back.
I applied through an employee referral. The first round was on-campus and split into two parts with different interviewers. Each part included a conversation and a case study, with one of them being a technical case study. The next round was in their Boston office, and they made it really easy to book flights and hotels.
I had two back-to-back interviews, each lasting 45 minutes. It started with behavioral questions, then moved into a case study for each. The first interviewer was an analyst, and the second was a consultant. The behavioral part was pretty standard, focusing on my resume and asking for elaboration. The case studies were also pretty standard, with all the info provided and good feedback. They also made time for my questions at the end.
