Candidate-reported interview process

It was a typical case interview, but it was focused on TMT topics. I thought I did well and gave good answers, but I didn't get to the second round. It's tough to know what they were looking for. I don't recall much of a behavioral part; the interview was mainly about the case. The interviewers weren't particularly impressive, so it was okay that I didn't advance.

It was a pretty standard consulting interview process. They asked a lot of behavioral questions, mostly about teamwork and whether you're willing to pitch in and take on extra tasks, which is important when joining a smaller firm. The case interviews felt very much like the McKinsey style where the interviewer leads you through it.

went through 2 interviews, each about 45 minutes. each interview was with a hiring manager, so they really knew what they were looking for. we also did 2 general cases on TMT, which were pretty easy, mainly asking for general insights and calculations.
