Candidate-reported interview process

There were 5 interviews in total. The first one was with the hiring manager, who asked about my motivation for applying. Then, I had interviews with three different team members, and they were all very professional and friendly. The final interview was with the SVP, which was quite challenging.

So, there were 3 rounds in total. Each round involved both technical and qualitative aspects, with a strong emphasis on case studies. The cases were typical strategy ones, mostly focused on the telecom industry and the placement of communication lines. They aren't expecting you to be a telecom expert, but they really want to see how you approach problems.

There was just one round for this summer analyst role, which consisted of two 45-minute interviews, both done online. Each interview had 30 minutes dedicated to case studies, specifically about telecom, and 15 minutes for behavioral questions.
