We started with a 30 min HR Screen Round where they asked standard questions about my past experience and resume. Then there was a 1 hour technical screen where I could choose between SQL and python. The questions built upon one another and tested for product sense as well as data exploration skills. Following that was a 30 min behavioral interview with standard questions. The final round was a 1 hour technical case interview, which included a resume walkthrough and some technical case questions.
This was a typical interview process. It started with some behavioral questions focusing on teamwork, leadership, and exceeding expectations. Then, there was an interviewer-led case study, specifically in the TMT sector. It involved standard case questions designed to test business acumen and mental math skills.
The interview process started with an HR & Motivation round. If that went well, there were 3 case interviews and a lunch. If the first round was positive, there were 2 more (and final) interviews. I only participated in the first round and the 3 case interviews plus lunch. The cases were quant-heavy and generally difficult. However, the interviews were very nice and I received good feedback. Potential travel costs and lunch are covered.
