The interview process started with a quick HR call focusing on motivation, no STAR method used. After that, there was a 3-hour final round consisting of three 40-minute case studies and a 15-minute fit interview. The interviewers were really nice and guided us through the cases. All the cases were related to the TMT sector, and two of them involved market sizing.
I had calls with 2 associates back-to-back. The interviews included cases and general questions. It felt more quantitative than qualitative, though the calculations were simple and straightforward. Overall, the calls were relaxed, and I didn't feel like they were being overly critical.
It started with an HR fit call, followed by 3 back-to-back case studies that also included fit components. Each case study was 45 minutes, with a 15-minute fit/motivation section. The cases were TMT-focused and had a strong math element.
