Candidate-reported interview process

Went through 3 rounds. First was a basic call with HR. Second was with my direct manager. The third and final was with the Head of Department.

The interview process was pretty standard and went smoothly. No major surprises with the virtual call or the Q&A. There was a pretty long wait, over two weeks, after the second round before I heard anything back, which was a bit stressful. Just a quick heads-up like 'We're still looking at your application, hang in there' would've been great. Besides that waiting period though, the recruiter was easy to reach, explained things well, and was generally helpful.

After submitting your application, if your qualifications align with the job requirements, an AI assistant will reach out to arrange a virtual video interview with HR. If you're deemed a strong candidate after this initial HR interview, you'll proceed to Round 2, which involves interviews with the Hiring Manager. Following these interviews, you'll either receive a job offer or be informed that you haven't been selected.
