I had a good interview, then the hr called me and explained everything. After that, I did my background check and drug test, and then onboarding.
The interview was pretty easy and they gave me all the info I needed. Sam was nice and answered all my questions. It started with them confirming my resume, then asking about my goals and what the company has to offer.
The interview experience was really negative. One of the managers was incredibly rude and arrogant throughout. They kept sighing at my answers and making snarky comments. It felt like they had a personal issue with me from the start and asked really vague, uninspired questions. This manager repeatedly emphasized that my experience was just barely adequate and that this was a business department, not residential, implying I was beneath them. It's baffling how this person is still employed; HR should really address this.
