Candidate-reported interview process

This interview experience was great from the start. The interviewers were really nice and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me, not just my resume. The questions they asked and the way they talked to me felt more like a conversation than an interview. I could tell it's a culture of respect, collaboration, and authenticity, which is where I do my best work. They kept me updated on everything clearly and honestly throughout the process, which made me feel valued. It was one of the best and most professional interviews I've ever had.

It was a tough but manageable interview process. They threw real-life scenario questions at me, covering areas like finance, customer experience, and effort estimation. The focus was on goal-oriented questions that tied into ROI and team management, and they also explored different target operating models.

The recruiter, Crystal Bellin, was great and kept me updated. The automated messages were a nice touch.
