Alro Interview Questions

After a phone interview, I had to wait a while for corporate approval before the in-person interview, which I understand. The interview itself was pretty standard. I mostly let my experience do the talking. I have 5 years of forklift experience and 15 years in customer service, which I think is relevant since we're serving customers. I did some research on the company beforehand, and they seemed to appreciate that.

The recruiter was really nice and professional and I felt good about the interview. I haven't gotten an offer yet but I'm confident I will. I really want to work for this company.

This interview was a complete waste of time. Their practices seem backwards and they didn't seem to care about my qualifications at all. I have 7 years of manufacturing experience and know how to run their equipment, but I still got a cold automated rejection email the next day. The job was re-posted a few days after my interview, even though HR said the position was 'filled'. The job description says no experience is needed and they're willing to train, but that wasn't my experience during the interview. It seems like they don't hire women.
